真空燒結爐的安全操作準備工作

  真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐的(de)安全操作(zuo)準備(bei)工作(zuo)   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐操作(zuo)前,要(yao)做(zuo)好下列準備(bei)工作(zuo):   1.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐的(de)蓄水(shui)池(chi)之(zhi)水(shui)必(bi)須(xu)充滿,水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)不得有雜(za)質。   2.開動(dong)水(shui)泵,使其中(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐感應圈、爐體冷卻系統水(shui)循環正常(chang),并調整(zheng)水(shui)壓控(kong)制在規定值。   3.檢(jian)查(cha)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐的(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵電(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統,皮帶盤皮帶松緊,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵油(you)是否位(wei)于油(you)封觀察孔中(zhong)(zhong)線。檢(jian)查(cha)妥后,人工轉動(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵皮帶盤,如無異常(chang),可(ke)在關(guan)閉蝶(die)閥的(de)情(qing)況下,啟動(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵。   4.檢(jian)查(cha)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐體內(nei)情(qing)況,要(yao)求真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐體內(nei)上等(deng)衛(wei)生(sheng),感應圈絕緣良(liang)好,密封真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)膠(jiao)帶具有彈(dan)性,尺寸合(he)(he)格。   5.檢(jian)查(cha)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐的(de)杠桿手把啟動(dong)是否靈活。   6.檢(jian)查(cha)轉動(dong)式麥氏真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)計(ji)是否合(he)(he)乎(hu)要(yao)求。   7.檢(jian)查(cha)石墨坩堝,裝(zhuang)爐配件是否齊全。   在以上準備(bei)就(jiu)緒后,接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,中(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源合(he)(he)閘(zha),按中(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)啟動(dong)規則(ze),試啟動(dong)變頻(pin),成功后停止變頻(pin),方可(ke)開真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐。
