  真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)在抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)后(hou)充氫氣保(bao)(bao)護(hu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)(xia)(xia),利用(yong)(yong)中頻(pin)感應(ying)加(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理,使(shi)(shi)處于線圈(quan)內的(de)(de)(de)鎢坩(gan)堝產生高溫(wen),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)熱(re)輻射傳導(dao)到工(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)(shang)(shang),適用(yong)(yong)于科研、軍工(gong)單(dan)位對難熔合(he)(he)金如(ru)鎢、鉬及其(qi)合(he)(he)金的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)末成型燒結(jie)(jie)。安裝電(dian)(dian)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)場所應(ying)符合(he)(he)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)衛生的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu),周圍的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣應(ying)清(qing)潔(jie)和(he)干燥,并有(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)通風條件,工(gong)作(zuo)場地(di)不(bu)易揚起灰塵等。在使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)時(shi)大家(jia)需(xu)要(yao)知道以下(xia)(xia)(xia)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)點的(de)(de)(de)注(zhu)意事項。   1、由(you)于模(mo)具(ju)(ju)一(yi)(yi)般由(you)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)自(zi)備,模(mo)具(ju)(ju)材料基本上(shang)(shang)(shang)選用(yong)(yong)高純石(shi)墨(mo)(mo),其(qi)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)極限(xian)為(wei)40MPa,建議用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)在30MPa以下(xia)(xia)(xia)比較(jiao)安全,加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)前(qian)(qian)應(ying)計算模(mo)具(ju)(ju)上(shang)(shang)(shang)、下(xia)(xia)(xia)沖頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)面積,再換算成壓(ya)(ya)力,具(ju)(ju)體(ti)(ti)公式(shi)如(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia):   系統允許 加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(噸(dun))=上(shang)(shang)(shang)或下(xia)(xia)(xia)沖頭(tou)面積×30MPa   如(ru)預先不(bu)計算盲目加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)導(dao)致模(mo)具(ju)(ju)、壓(ya)(ya)塊(kuai)、發熱(re)體(ti)(ti)、保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)屏等石(shi)墨(mo)(mo)制品(pin)損(sun)壞(huai)要(yao)自(zi)行(xing)解決。   2、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶為(wei)鎢錸(lai)型,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)會發脆,不(bu)能(neng)接觸。如(ru)損(sun)壞(huai)應(ying)及時(shi)更換。其(qi)型號是(shi)(shi)(shi)W2型。   3、冬天(tian)應(ying)注(zhu)意對真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)循環(huan)水的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)暖(nuan)問題,要(yao)不(bu)然就容易發生水管爆裂(lie)。   4、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)那使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)后(hou),爐(lu)體(ti)(ti)一(yi)(yi)定要(yao)保(bao)(bao)持真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),因爐(lu)內保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)層易受潮,保(bao)(bao)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)這(zhe)樣下(xia)(xia)(xia)次抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)會快(kuai)些。   5、因設備較(jiao)復雜,建議專人使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),專人負責,對新手(shou)嚴格(ge)實(shi)行(xing)用(yong)(yong)前(qian)(qian)培訓(xun),用(yong)(yong)后(hou)檢查,操(cao)作(zuo)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)要(yao)有(you)記(ji)(ji)錄等設備使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)規定。   6、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)用(yong)(yong)于真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)時(shi)注(zhu)意,在爐(lu)內放置坩(gan)堝后(hou),在蓋(gai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)屏蓋(gai)后(hou)不(bu)要(yao)忘記(ji)(ji)再蓋(gai)其(qi)中間的(de)(de)(de)小蓋(gai)。   7、操(cao)作(zuo)前(qian)(qian)應(ying)做到清(qing)潔(jie)觀察窗(chuang)玻璃,清(qing)潔(jie)爐(lu)內壁,觀察水壓(ya)(ya)情況,觀察爐(lu)內石(shi)墨(mo)(mo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)有(you)損(sun)壞(huai),上(shang)(shang)(shang)電(dian)(dian)后(hou)觀察儀表(biao)顯(xian)示是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang),測試液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統能(neng)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)。   8、有(you)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶升溫(wen)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中,注(zhu)意比對與(yu)紅(hong)(hong)外的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)偏差(cha),如(ru)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)差(cha)偏大,應(ying)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)紅(hong)(hong)外瞄準器觀察紅(hong)(hong)外儀是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)對準。   9、電(dian)(dian)爐(lu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)年后(hou)應(ying)將儀表(biao)后(hou)送計量部(bu)門(men)進行(xing)校對。   10、操(cao)作(zuo)中應(ying)經常(chang)用(yong)(yong)手(shou)接觸真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)(jie)爐(lu)爐(lu)蓋(gai)、爐(lu)體(ti)(ti)、爐(lu)底、電(dian)(dian)極、上(shang)(shang)(shang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)壓(ya)(ya)頭(tou)等部(bu)位,防(fang)止水溫(wen)過(guo)(guo)(guo)高損(sun)壞(huai)密封(feng)。

  真空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)凝(ning)(ning)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)工藝包括加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、保(bao)溫、冷(leng)卻(que)三個過程。但有(you)時只有(you)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)與冷(leng)卻(que)兩個過程。這(zhe)些過程都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)互(hu)相(xiang)銜接,不(bu)可間(jian)(jian)斷。   加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)是(shi)(shi)(shi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)中重要(yao)工序(xu)之一(yi)。真空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)凝(ning)(ning)爐(lu)對金(jin)屬熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方法(fa)很多,早期是(shi)(shi)(shi)采用(yong)木炭(tan)和(he)(he)煤作(zuo)為(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)源(yuan),進(jin)而(er)使用(yong)液體與氣體燃料。同(tong)(tong)時也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi),工藝參數(shu)之一(yi)。選擇和(he)(he)控制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)溫度(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)保(bao)證速(su)(su)(su)凝(ning)(ning)爐(lu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)問(wen)題。加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)溫度(du)隨被處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬材(cai)料和(he)(he)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)而(er)異,但一(yi)般都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)到相(xiang)變溫度(du)以(yi)(yi)上,以(yi)(yi)獲(huo)得高溫組(zu)織。   真空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)凝(ning)(ning)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)易(yi)于(yu)控制(zhi),且無環境污染。利用(yong)這(zhe)些熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)源(yuan)可以(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直接加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),也(ye)可以(yi)(yi)通(tong)過熔(rong)融的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鹽或是(shi)(shi)(shi)金(jin)屬,以(yi)(yi)至浮動粒子進(jin)行(xing)間(jian)(jian)接加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。   此外,真空(kong)(kong)(kong)速(su)(su)(su)凝(ning)(ning)爐(lu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)利用(yong)真空(kong)(kong)(kong)感(gan)應熔(rong)煉(lian)法(fa),把坩(gan)堝(guo)封閉在(zai)真空(kong)(kong)(kong)室(shi)中,利用(yong)電磁感(gan)應產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦流作(zuo)為(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)源(yuan)。在(zai)真空(kong)(kong)(kong)或惰性氣體狀態下(xia)把合(he)(he)金(jin)(或是(shi)(shi)(shi)導(dao)電材(cai)料)原料進(jin)行(xing)脫氣、熔(rong)化(hua)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li),通(tong)過坩(gan)堝(guo)傾爐(lu)系統澆鑄(zhu),經過中間(jian)(jian)包在(zai)水冷(leng)輥(gun)上急(ji)速(su)(su)(su)凝(ning)(ning)固后形(xing)成(cheng)薄片,再(zai)在(zai)水冷(leng)盤(pan)上進(jin)行(xing)慢速(su)(su)(su)降溫,在(zai)撥鑿(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪拌(ban)下(xia),把合(he)(he)金(jin)降到30℃左右,形(xing)成(cheng)大(da)不(bu)薄厚(hou)均勻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合(he)(he)金(jin)薄片的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種熔(rong)煉(lian)設(she)備。用(yong)途磁性材(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熔(rong)煉(lian)及快(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)冷(leng)凝(ning)(ning)。也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)生產合(he)(he)金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專用(yong)設(she)備,是(shi)(shi)(shi)先進(jin)鑄(zhu)片工藝取代(dai)傳動鑄(zhu)錠工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)(li)想替代(dai)設(she)備。
