  真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)是在抽真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)后(hou)充氫氣(qi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護狀態下(xia)(xia),利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)頻感應(ying)(ying)加(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原理,使(shi)(shi)處于(yu)線圈內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鎢(wu)坩(gan)堝(guo)產生高溫(wen)(wen)(wen),通過(guo)(guo)熱(re)輻射傳導到(dao)工(gong)作上(shang)(shang),適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)科研、軍工(gong)單位對(dui)難熔合(he)金(jin)如(ru)(ru)(ru)鎢(wu)、鉬及其合(he)金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)末成型燒(shao)結(jie)。安(an)裝電爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)場所應(ying)(ying)符(fu)合(he)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)衛生的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求,周圍的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)應(ying)(ying)清潔和干燥(zao),并有(you)良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)通風條件,工(gong)作場地不(bu)易(yi)揚起灰塵等。在使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi)(shi)大家需要(yao)(yao)知(zhi)道以下(xia)(xia)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)事項。   1、由于(yu)模具一般由用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶自(zi)備(bei),模具材料基本上(shang)(shang)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)高純石墨(mo),其耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)極(ji)限為40MPa,建(jian)議用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)在30MPa以下(xia)(xia)比較安(an)全,加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)前應(ying)(ying)計算(suan)模具上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)(xia)沖頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)面積(ji),再換算(suan)成壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),具體(ti)公式如(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia):   系(xi)統允(yun)許 加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(噸)=上(shang)(shang)或下(xia)(xia)沖頭面積(ji)×30MPa   如(ru)(ru)(ru)預先不(bu)計算(suan)盲目加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)導致(zhi)模具、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)塊(kuai)、發熱(re)體(ti)、保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)屏等石墨(mo)制品損(sun)壞要(yao)(yao)自(zi)行解(jie)決。   2、熱(re)電偶為鎢(wu)錸(lai)型,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)過(guo)(guo)會發脆,不(bu)能接觸(chu)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)損(sun)壞應(ying)(ying)及時(shi)(shi)更(geng)換。其型號是W2型。   3、冬天應(ying)(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)對(dui)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)循環水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)暖問題,要(yao)(yao)不(bu)然就容易(yi)發生水(shui)管(guan)爆裂。   4、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)那使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)后(hou),爐(lu)體(ti)一定要(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong),因(yin)爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)層易(yi)受潮,保(bao)(bao)(bao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)這樣下(xia)(xia)次抽真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)會快些。   5、因(yin)設(she)(she)備(bei)較復雜,建(jian)議專人(ren)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),專人(ren)負責,對(dui)新手嚴(yan)格實行用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)前培訓,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)后(hou)檢查,操(cao)作使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)要(yao)(yao)有(you)記(ji)錄等設(she)(she)備(bei)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)規定。   6、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)時(shi)(shi)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi),在爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)放置坩(gan)堝(guo)后(hou),在蓋上(shang)(shang)保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)屏蓋后(hou)不(bu)要(yao)(yao)忘記(ji)再蓋其中(zhong)(zhong)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)小蓋。   7、操(cao)作前應(ying)(ying)做到(dao)清潔觀(guan)察窗玻璃(li),清潔爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)壁,觀(guan)察水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)情況,觀(guan)察爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)石墨(mo)是否(fou)(fou)(fou)有(you)損(sun)壞,上(shang)(shang)電后(hou)觀(guan)察儀表顯示(shi)是否(fou)(fou)(fou)正常,測試(shi)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統能否(fou)(fou)(fou)正常工(gong)作。   8、有(you)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)電偶升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)比對(dui)與紅外的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度偏差,如(ru)(ru)(ru)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差偏大,應(ying)(ying)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)紅外瞄準器觀(guan)察紅外儀是否(fou)(fou)(fou)對(dui)準。   9、電爐(lu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)一年后(hou)應(ying)(ying)將(jiang)儀表后(hou)送計量(liang)部門進行校對(dui)。   10、操(cao)作中(zhong)(zhong)應(ying)(ying)經常用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手接觸(chu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)爐(lu)蓋、爐(lu)體(ti)、爐(lu)底、電極(ji)、上(shang)(shang)下(xia)(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)頭等部位,防止水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)(guo)高損(sun)壞密封。

  真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)速凝(ning)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處理(li)(li)工(gong)藝(yi)包括加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、保(bao)溫(wen)、冷(leng)(leng)卻三個(ge)過程(cheng)。但有時只有加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)與冷(leng)(leng)卻兩(liang)個(ge)過程(cheng)。這(zhe)些(xie)過程(cheng)都(dou)(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)互相(xiang)銜接(jie),不可間斷。   加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)是(shi)(shi)(shi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處理(li)(li)中(zhong)重要工(gong)序之一。真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)速凝(ning)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)對(dui)金(jin)(jin)屬熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)法(fa)很多(duo),早期是(shi)(shi)(shi)采用(yong)(yong)木炭和煤作(zuo)為(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)源(yuan),進而使用(yong)(yong)液體(ti)與氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)燃(ran)料。同時也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi),工(gong)藝(yi)參數之一。選(xuan)擇和控(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)溫(wen)度(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)速凝(ning)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處理(li)(li)質量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要問題。加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)溫(wen)度(du)(du)隨被(bei)處理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)屬材(cai)料和熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同而異,但一般都(dou)(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)到相(xiang)變溫(wen)度(du)(du)以上(shang),以獲得高溫(wen)組織。   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)速凝(ning)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)易于控(kong)制(zhi),且無環境污(wu)染。利用(yong)(yong)這(zhe)些(xie)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)源(yuan)可以的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直接(jie)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),也(ye)可以通過熔融的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鹽或(huo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)金(jin)(jin)屬,以至浮動粒子進行(xing)間接(jie)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。   此外,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)速凝(ning)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)利用(yong)(yong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)感應(ying)熔煉法(fa),把(ba)坩堝封閉在(zai)(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)室中(zhong),利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)磁感應(ying)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦流(liu)作(zuo)為(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)源(yuan)。在(zai)(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)或(huo)惰性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)狀態下(xia)把(ba)合金(jin)(jin)(或(huo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)導電(dian)材(cai)料)原料進行(xing)脫氣(qi)(qi)、熔化處理(li)(li),通過坩堝傾爐(lu)(lu)(lu)系統澆鑄(zhu),經過中(zhong)間包在(zai)(zai)水冷(leng)(leng)輥上(shang)急速凝(ning)固后形成薄片,再在(zai)(zai)水冷(leng)(leng)盤上(shang)進行(xing)慢速降溫(wen),在(zai)(zai)撥鑿的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪拌下(xia),把(ba)合金(jin)(jin)降到30℃左(zuo)右,形成大不薄厚均勻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合金(jin)(jin)薄片的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一種熔煉設(she)備(bei)。用(yong)(yong)途磁性(xing)材(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熔煉及(ji)快速冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)。也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)生產(chan)合金(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專用(yong)(yong)設(she)備(bei),是(shi)(shi)(shi)先(xian)進鑄(zhu)片工(gong)藝(yi)取代(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動鑄(zhu)錠工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)(li)想替代(dai)(dai)設(she)備(bei)。
