  真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)是在(zai)(zai)抽(chou)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)后(hou)(hou)(hou)充氫(qing)氣(qi)保(bao)(bao)護狀態下(xia)(xia),利用(yong)(yong)中頻(pin)感應(ying)(ying)加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)原理,使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)處于線圈內的(de)鎢坩(gan)堝(guo)產生(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)溫(wen),通過(guo)熱(re)(re)輻射傳導到(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)上(shang),適用(yong)(yong)于科(ke)研、軍(jun)工(gong)單位對(dui)難熔合金如(ru)鎢、鉬及其合金的(de)粉末成型燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)。安裝電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)場所應(ying)(ying)符合真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)衛生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)要(yao)求,周(zhou)圍的(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)應(ying)(ying)清潔和干(gan)燥,并有良(liang)好的(de)通風條件(jian),工(gong)作(zuo)場地不(bu)易(yi)揚起灰塵等(deng)。在(zai)(zai)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)時(shi)大家需要(yao)知道以(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)點的(de)注意事項。   1、由(you)于模具(ju)(ju)一般由(you)用(yong)(yong)戶自(zi)(zi)備,模具(ju)(ju)材料基本上(shang)選用(yong)(yong)高(gao)純石(shi)墨,其耐壓極限(xian)為(wei)40MPa,建(jian)議(yi)用(yong)(yong)戶使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)30MPa以(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)比較(jiao)安全,加(jia)壓前(qian)(qian)應(ying)(ying)計(ji)算模具(ju)(ju)上(shang)、下(xia)(xia)沖頭的(de)面(mian)積(ji),再換算成壓力(li),具(ju)(ju)體(ti)公(gong)式如(ru)下(xia)(xia):   系統允許 加(jia)壓(噸)=上(shang)或下(xia)(xia)沖頭面(mian)積(ji)×30MPa   如(ru)預先不(bu)計(ji)算盲目(mu)加(jia)壓導致模具(ju)(ju)、壓塊、發熱(re)(re)體(ti)、保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)屏等(deng)石(shi)墨制品損(sun)壞要(yao)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)解決。   2、熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶為(wei)鎢錸型,使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)過(guo)會發脆,不(bu)能(neng)接觸(chu)。如(ru)損(sun)壞應(ying)(ying)及時(shi)更(geng)換。其型號是W2型。   3、冬天應(ying)(ying)注意對(dui)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)循環水(shui)的(de)保(bao)(bao)暖問題,要(yao)不(bu)然(ran)就(jiu)容易(yi)發生(sheng)(sheng)水(shui)管(guan)爆裂。   4、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)那使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)后(hou)(hou)(hou),爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)體(ti)一定(ding)要(yao)保(bao)(bao)持真(zhen)空(kong)(kong),因爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)內保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)層(ceng)易(yi)受潮(chao),保(bao)(bao)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)這(zhe)樣下(xia)(xia)次抽(chou)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)會快些(xie)。   5、因設(she)備較(jiao)復雜,建(jian)議(yi)專人(ren)(ren)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),專人(ren)(ren)負責,對(dui)新手嚴格實行(xing)用(yong)(yong)前(qian)(qian)培訓,用(yong)(yong)后(hou)(hou)(hou)檢查,操作(zuo)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)要(yao)有記(ji)錄(lu)等(deng)設(she)備使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)規定(ding)。   6、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)用(yong)(yong)于真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)時(shi)注意,在(zai)(zai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)內放置坩(gan)堝(guo)后(hou)(hou)(hou),在(zai)(zai)蓋(gai)上(shang)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)屏蓋(gai)后(hou)(hou)(hou)不(bu)要(yao)忘記(ji)再蓋(gai)其中間的(de)小(xiao)蓋(gai)。   7、操作(zuo)前(qian)(qian)應(ying)(ying)做到(dao)清潔觀(guan)察窗玻璃,清潔爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)內壁,觀(guan)察水(shui)壓情況,觀(guan)察爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)內石(shi)墨是否(fou)(fou)有損(sun)壞,上(shang)電(dian)后(hou)(hou)(hou)觀(guan)察儀(yi)(yi)表顯示是否(fou)(fou)正常,測試液壓系統能(neng)否(fou)(fou)正常工(gong)作(zuo)。   8、有用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶升溫(wen)過(guo)程中,注意比對(dui)與紅外(wai)(wai)的(de)溫(wen)度偏(pian)差,如(ru)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)溫(wen)差偏(pian)大,應(ying)(ying)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)紅外(wai)(wai)瞄準(zhun)器觀(guan)察紅外(wai)(wai)儀(yi)(yi)是否(fou)(fou)對(dui)準(zhun)。   9、電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)一年后(hou)(hou)(hou)應(ying)(ying)將儀(yi)(yi)表后(hou)(hou)(hou)送計(ji)量部門進行(xing)校對(dui)。   10、操作(zuo)中應(ying)(ying)經常用(yong)(yong)手接觸(chu)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)體(ti)、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)底、電(dian)極、上(shang)下(xia)(xia)壓頭等(deng)部位,防止水(shui)溫(wen)過(guo)高(gao)損(sun)壞密(mi)封。

真空速凝爐的熱處理過程

  真(zhen)空速(su)(su)凝(ning)爐的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)工藝包括加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)、保溫、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻三(san)個(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)。但有(you)(you)時只有(you)(you)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)與冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻兩個(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)。這(zhe)些過(guo)程(cheng)都是(shi)(shi)互相(xiang)銜接(jie),不可(ke)間(jian)斷。   加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)是(shi)(shi)熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)中重要(yao)工序(xu)之一。真(zhen)空速(su)(su)凝(ning)爐對金屬熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)法很多,早期(qi)是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)木炭和煤作(zuo)為熱(re)(re)(re)源,進而(er)使用(yong)液體與氣(qi)體燃(ran)料。同(tong)時也(ye)是(shi)(shi),工藝參(can)數(shu)之一。選擇和控制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)溫度(du)是(shi)(shi)保證速(su)(su)凝(ning)爐熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)質量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)問題。加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)溫度(du)隨被(bei)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金屬材(cai)料和熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同(tong)而(er)異,但一般(ban)都是(shi)(shi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)到(dao)相(xiang)變(bian)溫度(du)以上(shang)(shang),以獲得高溫組織。   真(zhen)空速(su)(su)凝(ning)爐的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)易于控制(zhi),且無環境(jing)污染。利(li)用(yong)這(zhe)些熱(re)(re)(re)源可(ke)以的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直接(jie)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),也(ye)可(ke)以通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)融(rong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鹽或是(shi)(shi)金屬,以至浮動粒子進行間(jian)接(jie)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。   此外,真(zhen)空速(su)(su)凝(ning)爐是(shi)(shi)利(li)用(yong)真(zhen)空感(gan)應(ying)熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)法,把坩(gan)堝封閉在(zai)真(zhen)空室中,利(li)用(yong)電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦流作(zuo)為熱(re)(re)(re)源。在(zai)真(zhen)空或惰(duo)性氣(qi)體狀(zhuang)態(tai)下把合金(或是(shi)(shi)導電(dian)材(cai)料)原料進行脫氣(qi)、熔(rong)(rong)化處(chu)理(li)(li)(li),通過(guo)坩(gan)堝傾爐系(xi)統澆(jiao)鑄,經過(guo)中間(jian)包在(zai)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)輥上(shang)(shang)急(ji)速(su)(su)凝(ning)固后形(xing)(xing)成薄片(pian),再在(zai)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)盤上(shang)(shang)進行慢速(su)(su)降溫,在(zai)撥鑿的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪拌下,把合金降到(dao)30℃左右(you),形(xing)(xing)成大(da)不薄厚均勻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合金薄片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一種熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)設備(bei)。用(yong)途磁(ci)性材(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)及快速(su)(su)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)。也(ye)是(shi)(shi)生產合金的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專用(yong)設備(bei),是(shi)(shi)先進鑄片(pian)工藝取代傳動鑄錠工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)(li)(li)想替代設備(bei)。
