真空燒結爐的安全操作準備工作

  真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐(lu)的安全操作(zuo)準備(bei)(bei)工作(zuo)   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐(lu)操作(zuo)前,要做(zuo)好下(xia)列準備(bei)(bei)工作(zuo):   1.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐(lu)的蓄水(shui)池之水(shui)必(bi)須充滿,水(shui)中不(bu)得有(you)雜(za)質。   2.開動(dong)(dong)(dong)水(shui)泵(beng),使其(qi)中頻(pin)(pin)電源(yuan),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)感應圈、爐(lu)體(ti)冷卻系(xi)統(tong)水(shui)循(xun)環正常,并調整(zheng)水(shui)壓控制在(zai)規(gui)定值。   3.檢(jian)(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐(lu)的真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)電源(yuan)系(xi)統(tong),皮(pi)帶(dai)盤(pan)皮(pi)帶(dai)松緊,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)油是(shi)否(fou)位于油封觀察孔中線。檢(jian)(jian)查妥后,人工轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)皮(pi)帶(dai)盤(pan),如無異常,可(ke)在(zai)關閉蝶閥的情況(kuang)下(xia),啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)。   4.檢(jian)(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)體(ti)內(nei)情況(kuang),要求(qiu)(qiu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)體(ti)內(nei)上(shang)等(deng)衛生(sheng),感應圈絕(jue)緣良好,密封真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)膠帶(dai)具有(you)彈性,尺(chi)寸合格(ge)。   5.檢(jian)(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐(lu)的杠(gang)桿手(shou)把啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)是(shi)否(fou)靈活。   6.檢(jian)(jian)查轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)麥氏真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)計是(shi)否(fou)合乎(hu)要求(qiu)(qiu)。   7.檢(jian)(jian)查石墨坩堝,裝爐(lu)配件(jian)是(shi)否(fou)齊全。   在(zai)以上(shang)準備(bei)(bei)就(jiu)緒后,接通電源(yuan),中頻(pin)(pin)電源(yuan)合閘,按中頻(pin)(pin)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)規(gui)則,試啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin),成功后停(ting)止變(bian)頻(pin)(pin),方(fang)可(ke)開真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結爐(lu)。
