真空熔煉爐的熱陰極(ji)(ji)弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)規管是一個三極(ji)(ji)管,管中有負(fu)極(ji)(ji)、柵(zha)(zha)及和搜集(ji)極(ji)(ji)。搜集(ji)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位差(cha)相(xiang)對(dui)性于(yu)負(fu)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)負(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位;柵(zha)(zha)極(ji)(ji)相(xiang)對(dui)性于(yu)負(fu)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)正(zheng)(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位差(cha)。當弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)規管通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱器后,負(fu)極(ji)(ji)發送電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)器件,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)器件抵達柵(zha)(zha)極(ji)(ji)的全(quan)過程中,與(yu)汽體(ti)分子(zi)(zi)結構撞擊而造(zao)成正(zheng)(zheng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)器件的弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)狀況。當發送電(dian)(dian)(dian)流量一定時,正(zheng)(zheng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)數天與(yu)被測氣(qi)體(ti)壓強正(zheng)(zheng)比(bi)。正(zheng)(zheng)離(li)子(zi)(zi)被搜集(ji)極(ji)(ji)搜集(ji)后,經精確測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)路變大,可由(you)批復電(dian)(dian)(dian)度表讀取所(suo)要精確測量的真空值(箱式爐)。
(三)復合型真空計(ji)
真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒結爐生產廠家提(ti)醒,對低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵和高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵的(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)不(bu)能(neng)用(yong)一(yi)種(zhong)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計來進行,而(er)應(ying)(ying)選用(yong)復合型(xing)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計,運(yun)用(yong)較多的(de)(de)是弱電解質(zhi)與熱偶(ou)式復合型(xing)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計。它(ta)的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)范(fan)圍(wei)為(wei)13.33--666.6×10-8Pa。熱偶(ou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計精(jing)(jing)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(10-1--10-3)×133.32Pa的(de)(de)低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵;弱電解質(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計精(jing)(jing)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)133.32×10-3--666.6×10-8Pa的(de)(de)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵。復合型(xing)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計附帶一(yi)個(ge)熱偶(ou)規管、一(yi)個(ge)弱電解質(zhi)規管,各(ge)自接在超濾裝置上,根據旋紐可(ke)各(ge)自給2個(ge)規管加溫,并挑(tiao)選應(ying)(ying)用(yong)。
