  一、主要原理及用途(tu)

  真空燒結爐是在抽真空后充氫氣保護狀態(tai)下,利用中頻(pin)感應加熱的(de)原理,使(shi)處于線圈(quan)內的(de)鎢(wu)坩堝產生高溫,通過熱輻射傳導(dao)到工作(zuo)上,適用于科研(yan)、軍工單(dan)位。對(dui)難熔合金(jin)如(ru)鎢(wu)、鉬及其合金(jin)的(de)粉(fen)末成(cheng)型燒結。

  二、主要(yao)結(jie)構及組(zu)成

  結構形式多為立式、下出料方式。其主要組成為:電(dian)爐本體、真空系統(tong)、水冷系統(tong)、氣動系統(tong)、液壓系統(tong)、進出料機(ji)構、底座、工作臺、感應(ying)加熱裝置(鎢加熱體及***保(bao)溫材料)、進電(dian)裝置、中頻電(dian)源及電(dian)氣控制(zhi)系統(tong)等。

  三、主要功能
