真空燒結爐不適宜處理哪些材料?

  真空燒結爐主要是用來(lai)處理金屬材(cai)料(liao)的。很多金屬材(cai)料(liao)都是通過(guo)高溫來(lai)加工或作其他生產。那(nei)么(me),是否有某一(yi)類金屬材(cai)料(liao)不能在真空爐中熱處理呢?

  從(cong)理論上講,金屬(shu)材料(liao)都可以(yi)在(zai)真空燒結爐(lu)中(zhong)熱處理。但因技術要(yao)求、加工成本、工藝實(shi)現的難易程度(du)等原因,下列材料(liao)(工件)不宜(yi)在(zai)真空爐(lu)中(zhong)熱處理。

  1.高(gao)溫(wen)對N元素(su)敏感,易形(xing)成有害效果(guo)的材料(liao)。真(zhen)空爐為防(fang)止合金元素(su)高(gao)溫(wen)時揮(hui)發,通常(chang)在高(gao)溫(wen)下充(chong)高(gao)純氮(dan)氣保持(chi)分壓,冷卻(que)時一般(ban)采用充(chong)氮(dan)冷卻(que)。故(gu)該(gai)類材料(liao)不(bu)宜用真(zhen)空爐處(chu)理。

  2.碳素鋼。從成(cheng)本角度考慮,碳鋼價格較低,成(cheng)品件(jian)價格較低,用真空燒(shao)結爐處(chu)理實屬浪費,除非高利潤工(gong)件(jian)或者工(gong)件(jian)已(yi)經沒(mei)有加工(gong)余量,對(dui)表面(mian)質量要求苛刻(ke)時的權(quan)宜之計。

  3.某些使用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊工藝的材料(liao)(工件)。比如為獲取好的機(ji)械性能,有(you)些工件要(yao)求獲得(de)貝氏體(ti),一般用(yong)(yong)(yong)等(deng)溫淬(cui)火來實現(xian),真空(kong)燒(shao)結爐很難實現(xian);再如T10鋼,要(yao)求高(gao)(gao)硬度(du)、低變形,一般用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)淬(cui)油冷工藝實現(xian),真空(kong)爐雖然可(ke)以用(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)(gao)壓氣淬(cui)獲得(de)高(gao)(gao)硬度(du),但因在(zai)Ms點以下溫度(du)冷速較快,變形較大。
