  真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結爐的(de)(de)日常(chang)使用(yong)(yong)技巧   真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結爐是在(zai)抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)后充氫氣保護情況下,使用(yong)(yong)中頻感應加熱的(de)(de)原(yuan)理(li),使處于(yu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈內的(de)(de)鎢坩堝發生(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)溫,經過(guo)熱輻射傳導(dao)到作業(ye)(ye)上,適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)科研(yan)、軍工單(dan)(dan)位(wei)對(dui)難熔合金如鎢、鉬(mu)及其(qi)合金的(de)(de)粉末成型燒(shao)結。設(she)備電(dian)爐的(de)(de)場(chang)所(suo)應符(fu)合真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)衛生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)要(yao)求,周(zhou)圍的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣應清潔和單(dan)(dan)調,并有出色的(de)(de)通(tong)風條件,作業(ye)(ye)場(chang)所(suo)不易揚起灰塵等。   真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結爐的(de)(de)日常(chang)使用(yong)(yong)技巧:   1、檢(jian)查控制(zhi)(zhi)柜中全部(bu)(bu)部(bu)(bu)件及配件是否(fou)齊備、無(wu)缺。   2、控制(zhi)(zhi)柜設(she)備在(zai)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)地(di)基上,并固(gu)定。   3、安照接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圖(tu),并參看電(dian)氣原(yuan)理(li)圖(tu),接(jie)(jie)(jie)通(tong)外(wai)接(jie)(jie)(jie)主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)及控制(zhi)(zhi)回(hui)路(lu),并可靠接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di),保證(zheng)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)無(wu)誤。   4、檢(jian)查電(dian)器可動(dong)部(bu)(bu)分應活動(dong)自(zi)如,無(wu)卡死現象。   5、絕緣電(dian)阻應不低(di)于(yu)2兆歐姆(mu)。   6、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)電(dian)爐各閥門有必要(yao)在(zai)封閉位(wei)置。   7、控制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)源開關放在(zai)關位(wei)。   8、手動(dong)調壓旋(xuan)鈕(niu)逆時(shi)針旋(xuan)動(dong)頭。   9、報警(jing)鈕(niu)放在(zai)開位(wei)。   10、按平面圖(tu)完(wan)結設(she)備的(de)(de)循環(huan)冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)聯接(jie)(jie)(jie),建議用(yong)(yong)戶在(zai)設(she)備總進出水(shui)(shui)管處再接(jie)(jie)(jie)入一備用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(可用(yong)(yong)自(zi)來水(shui)(shui)),避免循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)有缺點(dian)或斷電(dian)導(dao)致密封圈燒(shao)壞。
