  如何安全操(cao)作真(zhen)(zhen)空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)呢   真(zhen)(zhen)空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)主要由(you)爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)、爐(lu)(lu)體、爐(lu)(lu)底(di)、坩(gan)堝(guo)回(hui)轉機構、真(zhen)(zhen)空系統(tong)及(ji)(ji)中(zhong)頻電(dian)源控(kong)制系統(tong)等組成。爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)、爐(lu)(lu)體及(ji)(ji)爐(lu)(lu)底(di)均采用(yong)雙層水(shui)(shui)冷結(jie)構,保持(chi)爐(lu)(lu)殼溫度不(bu)超過(guo)(guo)60℃。   真(zhen)(zhen)空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)打開(kai)方式為(wei)手動,爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)上設(she)(she)(she)(she)有(you)(you)(you)(you)觀察孔(kong)及(ji)(ji)擋(dang)板,為(wei)便于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)化過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)添(tian)加合金元素(su),爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)上特設(she)(she)(she)(she)有(you)(you)(you)(you)合金加料(liao)(liao)器。爐(lu)(lu)體內有(you)(you)(you)(you)一(yi)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)線圈,通過(guo)(guo)手動轉動爐(lu)(lu)外(wai)手柄可(ke)輕(qing)松(song)將坩(gan)堝(guo)內熔(rong)(rong)液(ye)澆(jiao)入錠(ding)模,錠(ding)模可(ke)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計成水(shui)(shui)冷形(xing)式。坩(gan)堝(guo)上部(bu)設(she)(she)(she)(she)有(you)(you)(you)(you)一(yi)測溫裝置。   在(zai)操(cao)作設(she)(she)(she)(she)備時要按照規章制度進(jin)(jin)(jin)行操(cao)作,對此(ci),八佳科(ke)技(ji)列出以下操(cao)作注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)事項。   1、開(kai)真(zhen)(zhen)空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)前(qian)要檢查好電(dian)氣設(she)(she)(she)(she)備、水(shui)(shui)冷卻系統(tong)、感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)器銅(tong)管(guan)等是否完(wan)好,否則禁止(zhi)開(kai)爐(lu)(lu)。   2、爐(lu)(lu)膛熔(rong)(rong)損(sun)超過(guo)(guo)規定(ding)應(ying)(ying)及(ji)(ji)時修補。嚴(yan)(yan)禁在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)損(sun)過(guo)(guo)深坩(gan)堝(guo)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行熔(rong)(rong)煉。   3、對真(zhen)(zhen)空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)送電(dian)和(he)開(kai)爐(lu)(lu)應(ying)(ying)有(you)(you)(you)(you)專人負(fu)責,送電(dian)后(hou)(hou)嚴(yan)(yan)禁接(jie)觸感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)器和(he)電(dian)纜。當班(ban)者不(bu)得擅自離開(kai)崗位(wei),要注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)器和(he)坩(gan)堝(guo)外(wai)部(bu)情況(kuang)。   4、裝料(liao)(liao)時,應(ying)(ying)檢查爐(lu)(lu)料(liao)(liao)內有(you)(you)(you)(you)無易(yi)燃易(yi)爆等有(you)(you)(you)(you)害物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)品(pin)混入,如有(you)(you)(you)(you)應(ying)(ying)及(ji)(ji)時除去,嚴(yan)(yan)禁冷料(liao)(liao)和(he)濕料(liao)(liao)直接(jie)加入鋼(gang)(gang)液(ye)中(zhong),熔(rong)(rong)化液(ye)充滿***部(bu)后(hou)(hou)嚴(yan)(yan)禁大塊料(liao)(liao)加入,以防結(jie)蓋(gai)。   5、補爐(lu)(lu)和(he)搗制坩(gan)堝(guo)時嚴(yan)(yan)禁鐵屑、氧化鐵混雜,搗制坩(gan)堝(guo)須(xu)密(mi)實(shi)。澆(jiao)注(zhu)(zhu)場地及(ji)(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)前(qian)地坑應(ying)(ying)無障礙物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),無積水(shui)(shui),以防鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)落地爆炸。   6、鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)不(bu)允許盛裝得過(guo)(guo)滿,手抬包(bao)澆(jiao)注(zhu)(zhu)時,二人應(ying)(ying)配合一(yi)致,走路應(ying)(ying)平穩,不(bu)準急走急停,澆(jiao)注(zhu)(zhu)后(hou)(hou)余鋼(gang)(gang)要倒入指定(ding)地點,嚴(yan)(yan)禁亂倒。   另外(wai),真(zhen)(zhen)空燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)廠家(jia)提醒在(zai)電(dian)機房(fang)內工作的(de)人員(yuan)應(ying)(ying)保持(chi)機房(fang)內的(de)清潔,嚴(yan)(yan)禁易(yi)燃易(yi)爆物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)品(pin)和(he)其它雜物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)帶(dai)(dai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)室內,室內禁止(zhi)吸煙。
