真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)(dai)爐由真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)室、甩(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)(dai)裝(zhuang)置、坩堝自(zi)(zi)動(dong)升(sheng)(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置、氣(qi)路(lu)系統、機殼(ke)(ke)和熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng)。
1、真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)室:采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)304板組(zu)焊而(er)成(cheng)并(bing)做表(biao)面(mian)(mian)處理(li),爐門上(shang)裝(zhuang)有(you)大尺寸觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察窗,既滿(man)足(zu)高真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)要(yao)求,又便于(yu)(yu)(yu)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察實(shi)驗(yan)情況(kuang)。
2、甩(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)(dai)裝(zhuang)置:采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)伺服電(dian)(dian)機驅動(dong),無極(ji)調(diao)速(su),密(mi)封采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)磁流體密(mi)封裝(zhuang)置,銅(tong)棍拆卸方便。轉動(dong)平穩,噪音極(ji)低。
3、坩堝自(zi)(zi)動(dong)升(sheng)(sheng)降系統:真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)(dai)爐采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)伺服電(dian)(dian)機升(sheng)(sheng)降,可根據不(bu)同(tong)材(cai)料(liao)設(she)備(bei)不(bu)同(tong)噴帶(dai)(dai)參數。
4、氣(qi)路(lu)系統:由電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)、壓力罐、手動(dong)閥(fa)門和管路(lu)組(zu)成(cheng)。
5、機殼(ke)(ke):結合國內外(wai)設(she)備(bei)外(wai)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)經驗(yan),根據自(zi)(zi)身(shen)設(she)備(bei)特(te)點,設(she)計(ji)出合理(li)機殼(ke)(ke),外(wai)表(biao)噴塑處理(li)。
6、熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan):定制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),操(cao)作簡(jian)單(dan),結構(gou)小巧。
