  如(ru)何安全操作(zuo)真空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)呢   真空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)主要(yao)由爐(lu)(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)(gai)、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)體、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)底、坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)回轉機構(gou)、真空(kong)系統(tong)(tong)及(ji)中頻電源(yuan)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)等(deng)組成。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)(gai)、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)體及(ji)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)底均采用雙層水(shui)冷結構(gou),保持爐(lu)(lu)(lu)殼溫(wen)度不超(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)60℃。   真空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)(gai)打開(kai)方(fang)式為手(shou)(shou)動,爐(lu)(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)(gai)上(shang)設(she)(she)有觀察孔及(ji)擋(dang)板,為便于(yu)熔化(hua)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中添(tian)加(jia)合(he)(he)金元素,爐(lu)(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)(gai)上(shang)特設(she)(she)有合(he)(he)金加(jia)料器。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)體內(nei)(nei)有一(yi)感應(ying)(ying)(ying)線(xian)圈,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)手(shou)(shou)動轉動爐(lu)(lu)(lu)外(wai)手(shou)(shou)柄可(ke)輕松(song)將坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)內(nei)(nei)熔液澆(jiao)入錠模,錠模可(ke)設(she)(she)計成水(shui)冷形式。坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)上(shang)部(bu)設(she)(she)有一(yi)測溫(wen)裝置。   在操作(zuo)設(she)(she)備時(shi)要(yao)按(an)照(zhao)規章制(zhi)(zhi)度進(jin)行操作(zuo),對(dui)此,八佳科技列出(chu)以下操作(zuo)注(zhu)意事項。   1、開(kai)真空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)前要(yao)檢查好電氣設(she)(she)備、水(shui)冷卻系統(tong)(tong)、感應(ying)(ying)(ying)器銅管等(deng)是否(fou)完(wan)好,否(fou)則(ze)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)止(zhi)開(kai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)。   2、爐(lu)(lu)(lu)膛(tang)熔損超(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)規定應(ying)(ying)(ying)及(ji)時(shi)修(xiu)補。嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)在熔損過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)深坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行熔煉。   3、對(dui)真空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)送電和(he)開(kai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)有專人(ren)負責,送電后嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)接觸感應(ying)(ying)(ying)器和(he)電纜。當(dang)班者不得(de)擅自離開(kai)崗位,要(yao)注(zhu)意感應(ying)(ying)(ying)器和(he)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)外(wai)部(bu)情況。   4、裝料時(shi),應(ying)(ying)(ying)檢查爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料內(nei)(nei)有無易(yi)(yi)燃易(yi)(yi)爆等(deng)有害物(wu)品混入,如(ru)有應(ying)(ying)(ying)及(ji)時(shi)除去,嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)冷料和(he)濕料直接加(jia)入鋼(gang)液中,熔化(hua)液充滿(man)***部(bu)后嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)大塊料加(jia)入,以防結蓋(gai)(gai)。   5、補爐(lu)(lu)(lu)和(he)搗制(zhi)(zhi)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)時(shi)嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)鐵(tie)屑、氧化(hua)鐵(tie)混雜,搗制(zhi)(zhi)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)須(xu)密實。澆(jiao)注(zhu)場地及(ji)真空(kong)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)前地坑應(ying)(ying)(ying)無障礙物(wu),無積水(shui),以防鋼(gang)水(shui)落地爆炸。   6、鋼(gang)水(shui)不允許(xu)盛裝得(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)滿(man),手(shou)(shou)抬包澆(jiao)注(zhu)時(shi),二人(ren)應(ying)(ying)(ying)配合(he)(he)一(yi)致,走路應(ying)(ying)(ying)平穩(wen),不準急(ji)走急(ji)停(ting),澆(jiao)注(zhu)后余鋼(gang)要(yao)倒入指定地點,嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)亂(luan)倒。   另(ling)外(wai),真空(kong)燒結爐(lu)(lu)(lu)廠家提醒在電機房內(nei)(nei)工作(zuo)的(de)人(ren)員應(ying)(ying)(ying)保持機房內(nei)(nei)的(de)清潔,嚴(yan)(yan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)易(yi)(yi)燃易(yi)(yi)爆物(wu)品和(he)其它(ta)雜物(wu)帶(dai)進(jin)室內(nei)(nei),室內(nei)(nei)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)止(zhi)吸煙。
