  真空熔煉爐主(zhu)要(yao)供大專(zhuan)院校、科研單位及(ji)生產(chan)企業在真(zhen)空(kong)或保護氣氛(fen)條件(jian)下對金屬材料(如不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)、鎳基(ji)合(he)(he)金、銅、合(he)(he)金鋼(gang)、鎳鈷合(he)(he)金、稀土釹(nv)鐵錋等)的熔煉處(chu)理,也可進行合(he)(he)金鋼(gang)的真(zhen)空(kong)精煉處(chu)理及(ji)精密鑄造(zao)。

  爐(lu)(lu)子由爐(lu)(lu)蓋、爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)、爐(lu)(lu)底(di)、坩堝回轉機(ji)構(gou)、真空系統(tong)及中頻(pin)電源(yuan)控制系統(tong)等組成。爐(lu)(lu)蓋、爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)及爐(lu)(lu)底(di)均采用雙層水冷結構(gou),保持(chi)爐(lu)(lu)殼溫度不超過60℃。爐(lu)(lu)蓋打開方(fang)式(shi)為(wei)手動,真空熔煉爐(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)蓋上設有觀察孔(kong)及擋板,為(wei)便(bian)于熔化(hua)過程中添加(jia)合(he)(he)金(jin)元(yuan)素,爐(lu)(lu)蓋上特設有合(he)(he)金(jin)加(jia)料(liao)器。

  真(zhen)空(kong)熔煉爐爐體內有一感(gan)應線(xian)圈,通(tong)過手(shou)(shou)動(dong)轉動(dong)爐外手(shou)(shou)柄可輕松將坩堝內熔液澆入錠模,錠模可設計(ji)成水冷形式。坩堝上部設有一測(ce)溫裝置。

  真空系統采用二級泵(beng),即K-300油擴散(san)泵(beng)與2X-70機械泵(beng),機械泵(beng)上設有(you)電(dian)磁(ci)放氣閥避免停(ting)電(dian)后返油。真空機組上設有(you)放氣閥及充(chong)氣閥。

  真空甩帶爐的中頻電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)可(ke)(ke)選擇KGPS可(ke)(ke)控硅或IGBT集成電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、全(quan)數字(zi)電(dian)路等,電(dian)氣系(xi)統(tong)設有過(guo)(guo)流、過(guo)(guo)壓返饋及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)路。
