  真空熔煉爐采用耐熱(re)(re)鋼制造的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐放入電(dian)阻(zu)爐中,根據真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熱(re)(re)處理工藝的需要,配(pei)接(jie)適當(dang)的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)系統(tong),即成為筒單(dan)的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熱(re)(re)處理爐。是由(you)電(dian)阻(zu)爐,真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐硬和真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)悶(men)門、真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計等構成的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)系統(tong)。其熱(re)(re)源(yuan)在真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)的外部,也就是電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件設置(zhi)在真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐的外部,工件放在真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐的內部,靠間接(jie)加熱(re)(re)。

  真空熔煉爐有以下幾種結構:

  1.鐘罩式結構

  這種結構(gou)的真(zhen)空(kong)缺座落在爐(lu)底(di)上,整(zheng)個爐(lu)底(di)和真(zhen)空(kong)罐可以(yi)(yi)(yi)借助于電動或液壓傳動升降,以(yi)(yi)(yi)完(wan)成裝出料操(cao)作(zuo)并能(neng)縮短(duan)冷卻(que)時間。也可以(yi)(yi)(yi)采取真(zhen)空(kong)罐和爐(lu)底(di)固定不動,罩式爐(lu)體升降的方法(fa)來(lai)完(wan)成進出料操(cao)作(zuo)等,但是(shi)爐(lu)體升降較為復雜。采用(yong)哪一種方法(fa),要根(gen)據現場實際情況(kuang)而定。

  2.雙真空結構

  這種結(jie)構不(bu)僅真空罐(guan)內部(bu)被抽成真空,而且真空罐(guan)外(wai)部(bu)的(de)(de)爐體部(bu)分也被抽成真空。這樣,就可(ke)以減(jian)少(shao)真空鑲承受的(de)(de)壓力,避免真空罐(guan)外(wai)壁氧化和變(bian)形,延(yan)長了真空罐(guan)的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命。

  在(zai)使用時還要(yao)注意(yi),真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)罐是真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)甩帶爐的(de)(de)關鍵性(xing)(xing)部件(jian)。由于真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)罐須在(zai)高(gao)溫和一(yi)個大氣壓的(de)(de)外壓條件(jian)下工作(zuo),所以(yi),真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)罐的(de)(de)材料應具(ju)備良好的(de)(de)熱穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)和耐(nai)氧化(hua)性(xing)(xing),間(jian)接性(xing)(xing)能要(yao)好,焊縫(feng)不易產生氣孔、開裂,保證高(gao)溫氣密性(xing)(xing)。材料成(cheng)分(fen)中的(de)(de)元素(su)蒸氣壓要(yao)低,防止(zhi)合金元素(su)在(zai)高(gao)溫、高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)下揮發(fa)。
