真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)甩帶爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)是(shi)粉末(mo)冶(ye)金領域廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)處理設(she)備(bei),工件(jian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)膛(tang)中(zhong)經過(guo)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)燒結(jie)后(hou)(hou),需(xu)要通過(guo)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)使工件(jian)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)下(xia)(xia)來,一般爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)子(zi)的(de)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)作冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)介質(zhi)的(de)夾層(ceng)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)套。當(dang)工件(jian)從(cong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)膛(tang)中(zhong)進入冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)時(shi)(shi)(shi),釋放出大(da)量的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,輻(fu)射或(huo)傳遞到(dao)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)。   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)甩帶爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)正(zheng)確使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)步(bu)驟(zou):   1、檢(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)甩帶爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)電路和水(shui)(shui)路能(neng)否正(zheng)常(chang),如(ru)正(zheng)常(chang)通電,通水(shui)(shui)。   2、翻開(kai)(kai)機(ji)(ji)械泵(beng)(beng),過(guo)30秒(miao)后(hou)(hou)遲緩(huan)翻開(kai)(kai)預(yu)抽閥(fa)(fa),1分(fen)(fen)鐘后(hou)(hou)翻開(kai)(kai)前級閥(fa)(fa)。   3、在(zai)(zai)(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)到(dao)達(da)10Pa以下(xia)(xia)時(shi)(shi)(shi)翻開(kai)(kai)擴散泵(beng)(beng),給真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)甩帶爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)擴散泵(beng)(beng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。   4、擴散泵(beng)(beng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)到(dao)60分(fen)(fen)鐘后(hou)(hou),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)預(yu)抽閥(fa)(fa),翻開(kai)(kai)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)閥(fa)(fa),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)會逐(zhu)步(bu)到(dao)達(da)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)。   6、在(zai)(zai)(zai)保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)狀態下(xia)(xia),一定(ding)要堅持(chi)循(xun)環水(shui)(shui)的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)循(xun)環。   7、保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)到(dao)后(hou)(hou),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan),假如(ru)不需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)能(neng)夠關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)擴散泵(beng)(beng),翻開(kai)(kai)預(yu)抽閥(fa)(fa),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)閥(fa)(fa),開(kai)(kai)端降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。此時(shi)(shi)(shi),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)甩帶爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)機(ji)(ji)械泵(beng)(beng)不要關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)。   8、在(zai)(zai)(zai)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)降到(dao)200度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)時(shi)(shi)(shi)關(guan)(guan)掉機(ji)(ji)械泵(beng)(beng),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)一切閥(fa)(fa)門。   9、在(zai)(zai)(zai)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下(xia)(xia)釋放壓(ya)力(li),沖入空(kong)(kong)氣(qi),將原料取出。   10、如(ru)燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)不繼續(xu)工作,應翻開(kai)(kai)機(ji)(ji)械泵(beng)(beng)和預(yu)抽閥(fa)(fa)再抽5分(fen)(fen)鐘真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)機(ji)(ji)械泵(beng)(beng)和預(yu)抽閥(fa)(fa)。堅持(chi)工作室里有真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),避(bi)免(mian)水(shui)(shui)汽侵入。   11、壓(ya)力(li)操(cao)作:首先在(zai)(zai)(zai)手(shou)動(dong)(dong)操(cao)作界面,報壓(ya)力(li)形(xing)式撥(bo)到(dao)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)夠直接用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)儀表操(cao)作,設(she)定(ding)好程序(xu)后(hou)(hou)按run鍵3秒(miao)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong),按stop鍵3秒(miao)中(zhong)止。   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)處(chu)理(li)(li)小常識(shi)   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐有很重要的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)性,而且(qie)在(zai)各(ge)個行(xing)業中都(dou)有用(yong)(yong)。但是你真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)知道它的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)處(chu)理(li)(li)小常識(shi)嗎?今天我們就來(lai)說(shuo)說(shuo)。知道的(de)(de)(de),可(ke)以作(zuo)為(wei)溫習,不太了解的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)以作(zuo)為(wei)學習。   1.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐處(chu)理(li)(li)鈦(tai)(tai)合(he)金(jin)時(shi),不宜用(yong)(yong)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)冷(leng)卻氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體,由于(yu)鈦(tai)(tai)和(he)氮(dan)(dan)在(zai)高(gao)溫下反應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying),形成(cheng)金(jin)黃色的(de)(de)(de)氮(dan)(dan)化鈦(tai)(tai)。   2.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)爐流(liu)動連(lian)接部(bu)門全部(bu)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)O型橡膠圈密(mi)封連(lian)接,此部(bu)門均通水(shui)冷(leng)卻。   3.工(gong)件(jian)在(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下淬火(huo),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)使用(yong)(yong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)淬火(huo)油,此油具有較低的(de)(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓。   4.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)爐的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)養應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)在(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)或充純氮(dan)(dan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,避(bi)免平時(shi)不用(yong)(yong)時(shi)吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),吸潮。   5.海內真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)爐的(de)(de)(de)壓升(sheng)率應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)不大于(yu)1.33Pa/h,國外某些(xie)企業的(de)(de)(de)尺度(du)為(wei)0.67Pa/h   6.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)加熱(re)以輻射為(wei)主,工(gong)件(jian)在(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐內應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)該(gai)保(bao)持間距(ju)。   7.升(sheng)溫過程中,工(gong)件(jian)及爐內材(cai)料會放(fang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),使真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)度(du)下降。   8.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)回(hui)火(huo)、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)退火(huo)、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)固溶處(chu)理(li)(li)及真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)時(shi)效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)加熱(re)溫度(du)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)與常規處(chu)理(li)(li)時(shi)加熱(re)溫度(du)相同(tong)。   9.真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)回(hui)火(huo)爐應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)該(gai)具有快冷(leng)裝置。冷(leng)卻水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)壓力應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)該(gai)大于(yu)0.2Mpa,流(liu)量應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)可(ke)調(diao)。   10.冷(leng)卻氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體:鋼(gang)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)百(bai)分之(zhi)99.995純度(du)的(de)(de)(de)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),高(gao)溫合(he)金(jin)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)百(bai)分之(zhi)99.999的(de)(de)(de)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或氬氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),鈦(tai)(tai)合(he)金(jin)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)百(bai)分之(zhi)99.995的(de)(de)(de)氬氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。   11.升(sheng)溫:放(fang)入工(gong)件(jian)后,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)燒結爐一(yi)(yi)般(ban)先預抽至6.67Pa時(shi)方可(ke)升(sheng)溫加熱(re)。
