3、在(zai)(zai)(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)到達(da)10Pa以(yi)(yi)下(xia)時(shi)(shi)(shi)翻(fan)(fan)開(kai)(kai)擴(kuo)(kuo)散泵(beng),給真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)甩帶(dai)(dai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)擴(kuo)(kuo)散泵(beng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。   4、擴(kuo)(kuo)散泵(beng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)到60分鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)預(yu)抽(chou)(chou)閥(fa),翻(fan)(fan)開(kai)(kai)高(gao)(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)閥(fa),真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)會逐步到達(da)高(gao)(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)。 9、在(zai)(zai)(zai)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下(xia)釋(shi)(shi)放壓(ya)力,沖入(ru)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣,將原料取出。   10、如(ru)(ru)燒(shao)結爐(lu)(lu)(lu)不繼續工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),應翻(fan)(fan)開(kai)(kai)機械泵(beng)和(he)預(yu)抽(chou)(chou)閥(fa)再抽(chou)(chou)5分鐘(zhong)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)機械泵(beng)和(he)預(yu)抽(chou)(chou)閥(fa)。堅持工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室里有真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du),避(bi)免水(shui)汽侵(qin)入(ru)。
